Ok. I didn't believe it at first. We actually had to use the product at least 2 times on each spot and put a cloth on it. But, eventually, it actually worked. I am amazed. I am one to just trash the rug. This saved my rug.

Very effective stain and odour remover, we tried other products and couldn't get the smell out of the carpet but this was able to do both
